Whad’ya get when you combine shrimp, wine, capers & a few other yummies? Shrimp piccata! Served with a side of basmati rice and we’ve got ourselves a warm, hearty meal on this f-f-f-freezing night. Seriously. House slippers, scarf, & a blanket is what it’s taken for me to finally feel like I actually have blood in my fingers. Why don’t I just turn up the heat, you might ask? Because then I’d have to disrupt my cozy settlement and risk having to start the warming-up process again. No thank you.
