Beer + risotto + chicken + mushrooms = why haven’t I made this before? I love to cook. Love it. If I had my way, I’d spend all of my day in my kitchen, cooking up a frenzy, making a mess, and lovin’ every minute of it. I prefer to make everything from scratch – I love the process, and you can’t deny the difference in taste (plus I like knowing exactly what’s in my food). I’ve been toying with the idea of creating a food blog. Until then, I enjoy taking occasional pictures of food for this blog.
